Nexia Holdings has been in existence since the year 1987. With its headquarters located in Salt Lake City, Utah, the holding company conducts its business operations in three general areas that include real estate, fashion retail and health and beauty. The oldest operation of the company is the purchasing, selling and leasing of commercial properties in the well known Salt Lake City area of Utah City.
A subsidiary of the company holds a majority of ownership interests in Landis Salons, which has two distinct Landis Salons operating in the state of Utah and offers both Aveda Concept and Aveda lifestyle salon services. One of these salons is located in Bountiful, Utah and the other one is located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
On 31st December 2007, another subsidiary named Gold Fusion Laboratories, (GFL), that functioned with four retailing stores under the name of Black Chandelier in Utah with an exclusive online web store – www.blackchandelier.com. As a result, Gold fusion laboratories stopped operations on 31st March, 2008 and closed down two of the Black Chandelier retail stores. Nexia Holdings took over the security interest on all the assets of Gold fusion laboratories and reinvested them into a company named Style perfect Incorporation. Today, Style perfect Incorporation operates two of the Black Chandelier stores and one online web store. The designer of Style Perfect is Daniel Nappi and follows the philosophy that fashion should be interesting, accessible and most importantly, reasonably priced.
